  • Do I need a visa to travel to the United States?
All those eligible to travel on the Visa Waiver Program must now complete an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) before travel.
  • How do I get an ESTA?
You should apply online for an ESTA at least 72 hours prior to travel and CIBT will notify you that your ESTA has been issued. Once issued, your information is recorded and maintained by the United States Department of Homeland Security.

  • Who processes my ESTA?
VisaCenter.com's processes ESTAs through its parent company, CIBT. CIBT can only process ESTA requests from their United Kingdom office. All ESTA applications will have to be emailed or mailed via postal service to the London office. All processing fees will be charged in Great Britain Pounds.
